Reptile Discovery Center

This reimagination of interpretation surrounding the Reptile Discovery Center integrates conservation messaging with live animal experiences and introduces a more colorful, playful graphic design. New wayfinding signs increase traffic to these exhibits where visitors observe some of the zoo’s most charismatic reptiles—alligators, crocodiles, and komodo dragons. Visitors learn how some of these species bounced back from the brink of extinction while others still need our help.

As Exhibit Developer at the Smithsonian’s National Zoo, I led the content development for this exhibition, which opened in October 2016.
