Farm to Table

This exhibition celebrates Fresno County agriculture and increases visitors’ understanding of how their food gets from local farms to their tables. Hands-on experiences encourage interaction among children and families and inspire appreciation and exploration of nature. Visitors guess where different foods grow, identify stages of a plant’s life cycle, observe slides of pollen through microscopes, and learn how they can conserve water and support pollinators.

As a contractor at the Fresno Discovery Center, I led the content development for this exhibition, which opened to the public in March 2017. I also developed a graphic design template for staff members to easily adapt throughout the museum.
